Go to Dashboard → your server → Premium → Manage subscription and choose cancel. Your server keeps Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If you are not happy, email support@cequal.xyz within 14 days of your first payment for a server. Include your Discord username and the server name or ID. We refund the payment in full and the server returns to Free. This also covers the legal 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have.
Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, but you can cancel at any time before your renewal date. If you were charged by mistake (for example after cancelling), contact us and we will refund it.
Switching between Premium and Enterprise, or monthly and yearly, is prorated automatically: you only pay the difference.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank; it is almost always faster. See also the Terms of Service.
